With 40% ‘French roasted’ beans, this is one of our darker blends.
Extending the roasting time causes the natural sugars in the bean to caramelise, resulting in a glossy appearance. By then blending medium roasted beans from Africa & Central America we achieve a truly distinctive coffee, equally good as espresso, plunger or filter.
